A: Our customization time is normally 15-28 business days and shipping time is usually 30 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. Some delays will occur due to COVID-19. Q: Is my package safe from COVID-19?

A: Yes, according to the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the virus cannot stay on a smooth surface for more than 3 days. However, for safety purposes, we recommend that you sanitize the shipping box before you open it. Your safety is our primary concern.
